What is 「ももゼロ」(momozero)?

「Though I want to move, but the cost of initial fee is too much to affort」
「What if I got charged with some unnecessary costs in the initial fee?」
That is, a new approach of rental contract has been created to solve your worries.
Those costs and fees charged when contract making will be free along with move-out fee as well!

When using 「ももゼロ」, the tenant should cover the following costs.
【Monthly】「ももゼロ」Membership fee (\3,000/mon)
【Renewal fo the Contract】Renewal fee (1 month’s rent)

※The tenant will be charged with termination fee of 2 month’s rent when moving out in the first year,
1 month’s rent when moving out in the second year.
※Move-out fee refers to the costs incurred during the tenancy. Any damage ro defacement caused by the tenant,
whether unintentionally or not, should be charged separately.
※You can also contract without using 「ももゼロ」. In that case, you should be covering initial fee including the following costs.
（Deposit / Key Money / Broker Fee / Fire Insurence Fee / Initial Guarantee Fee / Lock Exchange Fee）
